It's Breakfast Time

Updated: Dec 14, 2018

Picture this. It's Saturday morning and the struggle is real. All I want...all I need...is that first cup of coffee. A steady caffeine drip will do. Who do I turn to in my time of need?

If you're like me, your day officially begins AFTER you have finished 2/3 of your coffee. I'm in a grumpy fog until I've connected with my coffee cup.

So...you say...we're with you. Just give us some solutions. Well, choices are endless here in Raleigh. So I've mapped out a few options for you. It's the quick and dirty take on one of life's little necessities.

So, you see...lots of choices. You are welcome.

Just so you know, when I'm in a real JAM (har har, see above) I do head straight to The Pharmacy Cafe. It's an absolute refuge with it's long communal table and counter seating. You can always ask for inside scoop on how best to order something from the menu. They encourage those off-menu edits and they don't even blink if you shuffle in still wearing slippers. Home away from home, just the way I like it!

Eat breakfast here. Lunch, too. ANNNNNDDD maybe pick up more Advil.

Besides hosting a real, working pharmacy on site which DELIVERS to your home or office, The Pharmacy Cafe offers amazing comfort food in a refurbished, historic pharmacy building in downtown Raleigh.

"Coffee is for closers"

So eat up, drink, up...rise and SHINE, Raleigh!

For now,

Maggie xo
