Dear blog, I didn't mean to ignore you. It's 11:04pm on 1/31. If I wait any longer, I'll have missed the entire month of January, the month of resolutions (!) and none of this will make any sense. But I think we need to resolve to evolve.

Come January, I lose half of my friends. I love you but...boy, do I miss you! I lose you to juice cleanses, feats of fasting, and early nights because its DRY JANUARY.
Let's check in on our fasting, juicing, cardio-thumping friends on the move...maybe we shouldn't fight the fun!
THIS WEEK
So this week I worked up a sweat amongst pals at FlowCorps. LOVE this place! Thumbs up! Sneakers on for treadmill sprints in short bursts for a great cardio workout. Bare feet exposed for strengthening and lengthening on the Reformer, too.
In blazing neon pink:“HardCorps.” Should I be worried...?
I love getting the best of both worlds in one rocking workout in a space that has design in mind, parking around back, and clocks in about 10 min from home. Done...done..and done.
